PUBLIC HEARING REQUEST FOR
CONDITIONAL USE AUTHORIZATION
Public notice is hereby given that the West Mifflin Borough Council will hold a public hearing on TUESDAY OCTOBER 17, 2023 at 6:30 P.M. prevailing time in the Council Chambers, 1020 Lebanon Road, West Mifflin, PA 15122.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS MEETING IS FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST FROM

The request is for a conditional use authorization under Chapter 290 Table of Uses sub section 290-81 Drive through Facility. The applicant is requesting this authorization to allow for the construction of a 2300 square foot restaurant with a drive thru service.
The application and plans are available for public viewing in the office of Community Development, 1020 Lebanon Rd. from the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. The public is welcome to attend and comment.
