3 Members, 3-Year Term
Serves as an independent adjudicator in matters pertaining to the interpretation of the Borough Zoning Ordinance. A Case heard before the Board would deal with issues such as:
- Challenges to the validity of a land use ordinance.
- Appeals from the determination of the Zoning Officer in regard to the interpretation of the Borough Zoning Ordinance.
- Receiving applications for variances or special exceptions from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
